Who is who

Agenda Llena is a booking, reminder and messaging service for salons, operated by Sinsajo Creators ("we").

When you book with a salon, that salon is the controller of your data. We are its service provider (processor): we process your data only to provide the service to the salon and on its instructions.

What data we process

Name, phone, email (optional), the appointment (service, stylist, date and time), messages you exchange with the salon or its AI assistant, and a record of your consents and opt-outs (text accepted, version, date and channel).

Why

To manage your appointment and send confirmations, reminders and changes (transactional messages).

Only if you accept in a separate checkbox and confirm by replying YES: promotions, review requests and rebooking reminders (marketing messages). Accepting is not a condition of booking.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

AI assistant

The chat is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person. It can make mistakes; please check your appointment details. The assistant cannot sign you up for text messages: that is only done with the checkbox on the booking form.

Who we share data with (subprocessors)

Supabase (database and data hosting), Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Business (sending and receiving WhatsApp messages), Resend (email delivery) and OpenRouter with Google Gemini models (AI chat processing). Each receives only what its function needs. They may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Text / WhatsApp messages

Msg & data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, BAJA and ALTO. CANCEL opts you out only when you have no upcoming appointment; if you do, we ask what you mean. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

While the salon uses the service and as needed for your appointment. The consent record (without your contact details) is kept as legal proof. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to the salon (controller) or to [PENDIENTE: correo de contacto legal de Sinsajo Creators]. The salon can delete your data from its dashboard; we answer requests that reach us directly within a reasonable time (45 days at most). Residents of California, Iowa and other US states have rights of access, deletion and to opt out of sale/targeted advertising; we do not sell personal data.

Minors and security

The service is not directed to children under 13. We use encryption in transit, per-salon access control and minimal data access. No system is 100% secure.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify the salon.
