Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. The whole team works in Spanish and English, in the salon and on WhatsApp.
How much is a balayage?
From $160. The final price depends on length and how much hair needs lightening. We tell you before we start.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Of course, it helps a lot. If it cannot be done in one visit, we will tell you honestly.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
With the link in your confirmation message, in two taps and no phone call.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Yes, kids’ cuts Monday to Thursday. Book a regular haircut and tell us the age.
What payment methods do you take?
Card, cash and Apple Pay. Tips can go on the card.
Cancellations
Let us know 24 hours ahead and you pay nothing. With less notice, we charge 50% of the service.
Late arrivals
We hold your spot for 15 minutes. After that, we shorten the service or move it to another day.
Deposit
Color services and bridal bookings take a $50 deposit that comes off the total.
